Details of the Job/Internship
Sky Legal Consultants is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court.
- Handle client consultations and gather case evidence.
- Support negotiations and settlements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
- Must have SANAD.
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills.
- Some knowledge in drafting legal documents and case preparation.
- Skills in client consultations and gathering case evidence.
- Understanding of court procedures and representation in legal proceedings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
