Details of the Job/Internship

Sunil M. Kewalramani & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse legal precedents and case laws.
• Draft and review legal documents including petitions, contracts, and case briefs.
• Assist senior advocates in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients in court appearances and legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with the legal team on case strategy and management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognised institution with membership in a recognised Bar Council and valid certification to practise law in India.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills are required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
