They are seeking a Junior Advocate to support their legal team with 1-2 years of experience in their Nashik office. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, contract management, legal research, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts.
- Assist in legal research and analysis.
- Support senior staff in litigation and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Maintain legal records and assist in contract audits.
- Provide support on Intellectual Property Rights matters.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in contract management and legal drafting.
- Strong communication, drafting, and research skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of commercial law, IPR.
