Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft pleadings and prepare case summaries.
- Appear in court to assist senior advocates and visit registry or sections.
- Handle clients independently.
- Maintain case files.
- Manage deadlines effectively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) with enrolment in the State Bar Council.
- Understanding of litigation procedures and court practices.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Relevant internship or litigation experience as an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
