Details of the Job/Internship
UK Realty is hiring a Junior Advocate – RERA Compliance with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join their legal team at the Andheri West office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, vet, and file RERA applications including Form 1, 2, 3, 5, and others.
- Draft and review project documents like sale agreements, allotment letters, and declarations.
- Manage project registration, modifications, and quarterly filings on the MahaRERA portal.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and CAs for certifications and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with quarterly updates, extensions, and RERA obligations.
- Respond to RERA notices, show cause letters, and complaints.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries or opinions.
- Liaise with external consultants, legal counsel, and RERA officials.
- Support the Legal Manager in land title reviews, agreement vetting, and ongoing compliances.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or B.L. from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in a real estate firm.
- Working knowledge of RERA (especially MahaRERA) and related compliance procedures.
- Strong drafting, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with the MahaRERA portal and MS Office.
- Prior exposure to developer-side documentation is preferred.
