Vaibhav Group is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience in property documentation, RERA compliance, legal due diligence, and litigation to join their office in Sanjaynagar near Hebbal, Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle property documentation, RERA compliance, legal due diligence, and litigation.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage external legal partners.
• Advise management on legal rights, obligations, and risks.
• Prepare property agreements, conduct client verification, and perform basic contract vetting.
• Visit government offices for document processing if needed.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Skills: Drafting, research, eagerness to learn, and documentation.

Salary/Stipend
