Details of the Job/Internship
Vaishnaoi Group is hiring a Junior Advocate to join them in Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Analyze case laws, statutes, and regulatory guidelines relevant to the firm's business.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, notices, and pleadings.
- Ensure the firm complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in filings with regulatory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, and other bodies.
- Coordinate with external counsels and attend court hearings if required.
- Prepare briefs, case summaries, and supporting documents for litigation or arbitration.
- Assist in advising clients on legal matters, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
- Support in handling client queries related to business transactions and legal risks.
- Maintain and organize legal files and records.
- Update internal databases with legal and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws, including the Companies Act, Contract Act, and related regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or experience in corporate law is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
