Details of the Job/Internship
Ventha Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in-office role involving legal drafting, case preparation, and active participation in court proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting plaints, written statements, affidavits, petitions, counters, rejoinders, notices, and case briefs.
- Assisting in preparation and filing of matters before Courts, DRT, NCLT, and other judicial forums.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis relevant to ongoing cases.
- Attending court proceedings and assisting senior advocates during hearings.
- Managing case files, documentation, and procedural timelines.
- Coordinating with clients for case-related inputs and documents.
- Liaising with court clerks and registry for filings, listings, and follow-ups.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council (preferred).
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Working knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and court schedules.
- Prior internship or litigation experience will be an advantage.
