Details of the Job/Internship

Vinay Kademane & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance to senior advocates in title due diligence, real estate transactions, review of contractual agreements, and legal research.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in title due diligence and property-related documentation.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and opinions.
• Support senior advocates in ongoing transactions and matters.
• Liaise with clients where required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree; enrolment with the Bar Council is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate law is preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
