Details of the Job/Internship
Viranca Legal is hiring a Junior Advocate with 2–3 years of professional legal experience to work with them at Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation, court procedures, and client representation.
- Draft and review legal documentation, especially related to real estate and conveyancing.
- Conduct property title searches and prepare reports.
- Appear before various courts and tribunals.
- Maintain legal files, documentation, and client communication.
- Support in dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate matters as needed.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of professional legal experience.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English.
- Knowledge of real estate, and commercial contract law.
- Strong understanding of alternate dispute resolution and conveyancing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- License to practice law in India.
