Details of the Job/Internship
Vivek Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Rohini, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and preparation of case briefs and documentation.
- Appear in court for civil, criminal, and tribunal matters.
- Collaborate with senior advocates on various legal issues.
- Consult with clients and manage case files.
- Stay updated on legal developments and maintain professional ethics and deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bar Council registration and a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of civil law, criminal law, and legal procedures.
- Skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage court appearances and assist in hearings.
- Proficiency in communication, client consultation, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with family law, property law, and corporate law is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to work under deadlines.
