Details of the Job/Internship
Vivek Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Junior Advocate will assist senior attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case materials, and representing clients in court. The role also involves attending client meetings, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys with legal research.
- Draft legal documents and prepare case materials.
- Represent clients in court.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures.
Eligibility
- Skills in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
- Experience with civil law, criminal law, and family law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in court appearances and client representation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Membership with the Bar Council of Delhi.
