Vivek Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join them in Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Advocate at Vivek Law Firm, you will be responsible for handling a variety of cases including Matrimonial, Domestic Violence, Criminal, Consumer Forum, Divorce, Family Law, and more. You will assist senior advocates and lawyers in court appearances, case preparation, legal research, and client consultations.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Civil and Criminal Law.
• Experience in handling legal cases such as Matrimonial, Domestic. Violence, Criminal, and Family Law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Legal drafting skills for petitions and legal documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.

Salary/Stipend
