Details of the Job/Internship

Vivek Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Rohini, Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, preparation of case briefs and documentation, and appearances before courts in civil, criminal, and tribunal matters. The role also includes collaborating with senior advocates, consulting clients, managing case files, staying updated on legal developments, and adhering to professional ethics and deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Prepare case briefs and maintain documentation.
• Appear in court and assist in hearings across civil, criminal, and tribunal matters.
• Collaborate with senior advocates on legal issues.
• Consult with clients and manage case files.
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure adherence to professional ethics and deadlines.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of civil law, criminal law, and legal procedures.
• Skills in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
• Ability to handle court appearances and assist in hearings.
• Proficiency in communication, client consultation, and teamwork.
• Familiarity with family law, property law, and corporate law is an advantage.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council and an LL.B. degree or equivalent.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to work under deadlines.
