Volson and Co Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Bhopal. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role involves assisting senior lawyers in preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing legal opinions, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Provide legal opinions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Attend client meetings.
- Draft contracts and agreements.
- Manage case files efficiently.
- Collaborate with the legal team.
- Maintain compliance with legal ethics.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
- Membership with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents.
- Knowledge of litigation processes, contract law, and corporate law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Sound understanding of legal procedures and the Indian legal system.
- Prior internship experience in a relevant legal setting is an advantage.
