Details of the Job/Internship

Xavier & Co. is hiring a Junior Advocate with a minimum of two years of experience for its office in Mumbai. The role involves handling TSR/LSR matters, preparing legal reports, vetting, and conducting legal audits. Candidates must know the local language. Applicants from in and around Mumbai are preferred. Non-law graduates with strong TSR/LSR experience may also apply.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle TSR/LSR matters.
• Prepare legal reports.
• Conduct vetting and legal audits.
• Perform assigned legal tasks.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum two years of experience in TSR/LSR, legal reports, vetting, and legal audit.
• TSR/LSR experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MHADA, CIDCO, MIDC, and SRA laws.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Candidates based in or near Mumbai preferred.
• Non-law graduates with strong TSR/LSR experience may apply.

Salary/Stipend
