Details of the Job/Internship

Harish Joshi & Co. is hiring a Junior Advocate / Associate to join their office in Mumbai from September 2025.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently assist on cases handed over.
• Appear before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Attend conferences and meetings with Counsels and clients.
• Undertake detailed legal research.
• Organise case briefs.
• Liaise with clients to provide legal support and advice.

Eligibility

• Law graduates from the batch of 2023/2024.
• 1–2 years of PQE.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
