Details of the Job/Internship

Harish Joshi & Co. is hiring a Junior Advocate / Associate with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in dispute resolution matters, handling case responsibilities, and representing clients before various courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in dispute resolution matters and handle assigned cases independently.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other forums across Mumbai.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Attend conferences and meetings with counsels and clients.
• Conduct detailed legal research and organize case briefs.
• Liaise with clients and provide legal support and advice.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Batch of 2024 or 2025 (0–1 year PQE).
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to appear before multiple courts and tribunals across Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
