Details of the Job/Internship
A&A Legal is hiring a Junior Associate – Corporate Law with 0–3 years of experience to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending corporate and commercial agreements, such as service agreements, NDAs, shareholders agreements, and MOAs.
- Support corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporation, restructuring, and board/shareholder resolutions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Manage regulatory filings and assist senior lawyers with due diligence exercises and transactions.
- Maintain contract trackers and organized legal documentation records.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Commercial Law, and basic regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
