Details of the Job/Internship

Eagle Law and Equity LLP is hiring a Junior Associate Advocate with at least 1 year of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling client consultations and case analysis.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Representing matters before courts across India.
• Assisting in litigation-related work across assigned practice areas.
• Maintaining full-time commitment to the firm without undertaking independent matters.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Practice experience in litigation, family law, criminal law, civil law, and testamentary suits.
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Willingness to work in an on-site setting in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
