Details of the Job/Internship
Tripaksha Litigation is hiring a Junior Associate Advocate with experience of 0–1 year to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive legal research to support ongoing litigation matters.
- Draft various legal documents including pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Assist senior advocates in preparing for court hearings and legal proceedings.
- Maintain active learning of litigation strategies and procedural law.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and accurate case management.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation meets firm and court standards.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of professional legal experience (PQE).
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Candidates with Haryana enrollment are preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a litigation-focused environment.
- Requirement: Must be willing to work on-site at the Gurugram location.
