Details of the Job/Internship

AMPIN Energy Transition is hiring a Junior Associate/Associate – Legal with at least 1+ year of experience for their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (Term Sheets, PPA with captive/group captive/bilateral consumers).
• Handle agreements related to Behind the Meter (BTM)/Rooftop solar solutions.
• Provide regulatory updates and presentations based on the Electricity Act - 2003.
• Manage title due diligence for land acquisition for solar and wind power plants.
• Authenticate property title documents and advise on title clearance progress.
• Act as custodian for all legal and title documents.
• Prepare milestones and cash flow reports using Excel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) with specialization in Power (preferably from a reputed institute).
• 1+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
