Details of the Job/Internship
Emerge Legal is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and vet contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analyse relevant statutes and precedents.
- Prepare motions and assist with depositions.
- Support litigation matters and coordinate related documentation.
- Interpret legal provisions and case laws relevant to ongoing matters.
- Interact with courts and assist with procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and laws.
- Experience in drafting and managing motions.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive legal research.
- Familiarity with depositions and court procedures.
- bility to effectively interact with courts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
- Prior experience in contracts or litigation will be an advantage.
