Details of the Job/Internship
DB Legal Consultants is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi-based team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft/review M&A documents including SPAs, SHAs, BTAs.
- Handle commercial agreements such as franchise, distributor, and IT contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence and reporting.
- Carry out legal research and analysis.
- Advise on company law, compliance, and governance matters.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years PQE.
- Foundational experience in corporate and commercial law (in-house or law firm).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with M&A, contracts, company law, and due diligence is mandatory.
