A and A Legal is hiring a Junior Associate – Corporate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its team in Kozhikode. The role involves working on corporate and commercial matters, including contract drafting, review and vetting of documents, along with exposure to basic company law and corporate compliances, and is suited for candidates keen to learn, take ownership and grow with the firm.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and legal documents.
• Assisting in corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Supporting work related to basic company law and corporate compliances.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Interest in corporate and commercial law.
