Details of the Job/Internship

AE Corp Judice is hiring a Junior Associate – Litigation with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Chandigarh. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before the Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court and assist in briefing senior counsels.
• Draft specialized legal documents including writ petitions, Civil Miscellaneous (CM) applications, appeals, revisions, and replies.
• Conduct effective legal research and prepare comprehensive case notes.
• Manage procedural requirements and filings associated with High Court litigation.
• Handle matters independently while maintaining professional court etiquette.
• Participate in strategic case planning and client coordination.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
• Prior experience and regular exposure before the Punjab & Haryana High Court is preferred.
• Possession of sound drafting and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated professional discipline and a strong commitment to a career in litigation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced court environment.

Salary/Stipend
