Details of the Job/Internship

Lexport | Advocates and Legal Consultants is hiring a Junior Associate – Indirect Tax with experience of 6 months to 1.5 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support drafting replies to GST, Customs, Show Cause Notices, departmental queries, and basic legal submissions under supervision.
• Assist in court and tribunal filings, preparation of documentation, and coordination for litigation-related matters.
• Visit courts and tax offices for filings, follow-ups, and liaison with relevant authorities as required.
• Maintain and review records of input tax credit, invoices, and case files.
• Stay updated on changes in indirect tax laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in Indirect Tax is mandatory.
• 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant work experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
