Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Premier is hiring Junior Associates and Interns to join their office in New Chandigarh. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in litigation, arbitration, legal research, drafting, court appearances, and corporate consultancy work. No conveyance shall be provided.
Role and Responsibilities
- Researching case laws and legal precedents.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents.
- Assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals.
- Supporting litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Assisting in corporate consultancy work.
- Participating in client meetings.
Eligibility
- Valid Bar license for the position of Junior Associate.
- Pursuing or holding a law degree for the position of Intern.
- Proficiency in researching case laws and legal precedents.
- Strong drafting and legal documentation skills.
- Familiarity with arbitration laws, CPC, BNSS, and BSA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates from Chandigarh Tricity with their own vehicle may be preferred.
