Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Premier is hiring a Junior Associate/Legal Intern to join their office in New Chandigarh. The role involves assisting in legal research, preparing legal documents, participating in client meetings, drafting, appearing before courts and tribunals, supporting litigation and arbitration matters, contract management, and aiding in corporate consultancy. No conveyance shall be provided.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Appear before courts and tribunals.
- Support litigation and arbitration processes.
- Assist in contract management and corporate consultancy.
Eligibility
- Valid Bar license is required for the Junior Associate position.
- Pursuing or holding a law degree for the intern position.
- Proficiency in researching case laws and legal precedents.
- Strong drafting and document preparation skills.
- Familiarity with arbitration laws, CPC, BNSS, and BSA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Candidates from Chandigarh Tricity may be preferred.
