Details of the Job/Internship
World Legal Regulatory Council (WLRC) is hiring a Legal Intern (Cyber Law & FinTech Compliance) for a full-time 3-month on-site internship in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on amendments to the IT Act, RBI and SEBI regulations, and international data privacy frameworks.
- Draft legal documents such as technology contracts, compliance manuals, and petitions related to corporate disputes.
- Perform detailed case law research and prepare legal memoranda to support compliance and dispute resolution strategies.
- Assist in client meetings by documenting instructions and drafting professional legal correspondence.
- Support the development of compliance checklists and internal legal policies for corporate clients.
- Assist management with research and comparative analysis on emerging legal sectors for organizational expansion.
Eligibility
- Recent law graduates with a completed degree only.
- Demonstrated academic or practical interest in cyber law, financial law, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, research, and professional conduct skills.
Salary/Stipend
