Details of the Job/Internship
WLRC invites highly driven recent law graduates to join its intensive 3-month specialized internship focused on Cyber Law, FinTech Compliance, and Complex Dispute Resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct research on IT Act updates, RBI/SEBI regulations, and global data privacy standards.
- Draft technology contracts, compliance manuals, and high-impact corporate dispute documents.
- Prepare legal memos, analyze case law, and assist in developing litigation and compliance strategy.
- Attend client meetings, document instructions, and draft formal legal communication.
- Contribute to compliance frameworks, checklists, and regulatory policy development for corporate clients.
- Support strategic research on emerging legal sectors to aid WLRC’s expansion initiatives.
Eligibility
- Only recent law graduates (degree completed) may apply.
- Strong academic or practical interest in Cyber Law, Financial Law, or Regulatory Compliance preferred.
- Excellent research skills and proficiency in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, proactiveness, and strict confidentiality.
