Visista Legal is hiring a Junior Associate – Litigation & Corporate Law with 0-2 years of experience for its Hyderabad office. This is a great opportunity for freshers and junior lawyers looking to build their careers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions, counters and replies
- Drafting and dispatching legal notices and court notices
- Conducting legal research on ongoing cases
- Appearing before various forums, including the High Court, DRT, NCLT, lower courts, and tribunals in the city
- Maintaining clear communication with clients
- Corporate Law: Drafting & vetting corporate and commercial agreements
- Overseeing the execution of agreements
- Sending communications & following up with clients
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LLB) with 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Interest in both litigation and corporate law.
- Ability to manage responsibilities and work in a team.
