Details of the Job/Internship
LexLis Law Offices is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their litigation and insolvency practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insolvency proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Handle SARFAESI enforcement, possession, and auction processes.
- Assist in white-collar crime matters under PMLA, Companies Act, and related laws.
- Draft pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders, and legal notices.
- Appear before tribunals and courts; brief senior counsel.
- Engage with clients, understand their objectives, and manage assignments independently.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of PQE.
- Experience in IBC, SARFAESI matters, and white-collar crime.
- Independent or assisted appearances before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and client handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.
- Immediate or early joining preferred.
Salary/Stipend
