Details of the Job/Internship
Amay Bajaj & Co. is hiring a Junior Associate – Litigation to join their office in Indore. The role involves assisting in legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interaction under the guidance of senior advocates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft motions and pleadings.
- Assist with court proceedings across various forums.
- Prepare documentation to support litigation strategies.
- Interact with clients and attend courtroom hearings.
- Work under the supervision and training of senior advocates.
Eligibility
- LLB degree with Bar Council registration.
- Strong legal intellect and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience at a lawyer’s office preferred.
- Exposure to High Courts, District Courts, and other forums.
- Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and ethically committed.
- Preference for Indore-based fresh law graduates.
