Details of the Job/Internship
ASD Legal is hiring a Junior Associate – Litigation with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in court appearances and the development of litigation strategies.
- Draft various legal documents including pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support active cases.
- Manage client coordination and oversee comprehensive case preparation.
- Support senior counsel during complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to appear before courts.
- Strong interest in court litigation, arbitration, and family or corporate disputes.
- Excellent drafting and research skills with a strong command over language.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and professionally accountable mindset.
- Prior courtroom exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
