Chaubey & Company is seeking a Junior Associate to join their litigation team. If you have a strong passion for courtroom advocacy and hands-on litigation experience, this is an excellent opportunity to grow.

Role and Responsibilities
- Court Appearances – Regular appearances before the High Court and Lower courts for hearings, arguments, and case management.
- Drafting & Pleadings – Expertise in drafting petitions, applications, written statements, rejoinders, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Legal Research – Conducting in-depth legal research to support cases, prepare arguments, and stay updated on evolving laws and precedents.
- Case Management – Handling case filings, liaising with court staff, and ensuring procedural compliance.
- Client Interaction – Engaging with clients for case briefings, updates, and strategic discussions along with seniors.
Eligibility
- Experience – Minimum 2 years of pure litigation experience with significant exposure to court proceedings.
- Litigation Background – Strong experience in handling matters before lower courts and the High Court.
- Drafting Skills – Proficiency in preparing pleadings and legal documents independently.
- Advocacy & Research – Strong legal reasoning, analytical abilities, and a keen interest in court practice.
- Availability – Immediate joining preferred.
