Details of the Job/Internship

Parthasaarathi LLP is hiring a Junior Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle appearances in small courts and represent the firm in procedural matters.
• Monitor and check the daily cause lists to track matter schedules.
• Manage both e-filing and physical filing processes for legal documents.
• Execute follow-ups for summons, certified copies, and registry-related tasks.
• Ensure all administrative litigation tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Experience in civil litigation within District Courts or Tribunals is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of court filing systems and registry follow-up procedures.
• Ability to work independently on procedural court tasks.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Navi Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
