Tuskh Law & Associates is hiring a Junior Associate – Non-Litigation Advisory & AI-Enabled Legal Practice with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned matters.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand factual and legal aspects.
- Analyse issues and identify applicable legal provisions.
- Formulate strategic approaches in consultation with senior lawyers.
- Draft notices, complaints, representations, agreements, responses, and advisory documents.
- Guide clients through each stage of their legal matters with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure timely execution and structured documentation of cases.
- Utilise AI-based legal tools to enhance efficiency, drafting quality, and workflow optimisation.
- Supervise and review the work of interns.
- Allocate tasks, maintain quality control, and mentor interns in advisory and research work.
- Coordinate with senior domain experts where specialised inputs are required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in advisory or non-litigation work is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the office in Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
