Pramah Lawmen is hiring Junior Associates (Non-Litigation) with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, intellectual property, and non-litigation legal work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Handle intellectual property filings.
- Conduct legal due diligence exercises.
- Assist in corporate, IP, and advisory legal work.
Eligibility
- Lawyers with 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Exposure to intellectual property filings.
- Experience in conducting legal due diligence.
