Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Regulatory Disputes Team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory and commercial litigation before courts and tribunals.
• Assist in constitutional law matters and policy advisory.
• Draft petitions, responses, research notes, and case strategies.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on case preparation and hearings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
• 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
