Details of the Job/Internship

Apex Juris LLP is hiring Junior Lawyers with up to one year of post-enrolment experience to pursue a long-term career in litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in criminal litigation, including white-collar crime matters.
• Support work relating to commercial, civil, matrimonial, and family law disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and applications.
• Brief seniors and assist in court proceedings before various judicial forums.

Eligibility

• Junior advocates with up to one year of post-enrolment experience.
• Freshly enrolled advocates with strong drafting skills may also be considered.
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Marathi, including drafting, reading, and oral skills.
• Strong interest in litigation and long-term association.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
