Details of the Job/Internship
AUA LEGAL LLP is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers in case preparation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and participating in client consultations.
- Additional responsibilities include attending court hearings, maintaining case files, and collaborating with the legal team to develop strategies.
- The Junior Associate will be expected to stay updated on current laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.
Eligibility
- PQE of 2-3 years in litigation.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in conducting client consultations and maintaining case files.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management.
- Ability to work closely with senior lawyers and collaborate with the legal team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in any of the firm's practice areas is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Ability to work on-site at Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi.
