Avery Dennison Corporation is hiring a Junior Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join their Legal Center of Excellence team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including supply, manufacturing, services, technology, procurement, distribution, logistics, master agreements, and NDAs.
- Provide legal advice on contract terms, risk mitigation, compliance, and cross-border considerations.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, sourcing, R&D, and other teams.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, repository, renewals, and obligation tracking.
- Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
- Support global contracting initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Track legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university and admission to practice in India.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and stakeholder management.
- Experience in international and multi-jurisdictional agreements preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global time zones.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
