Avichal Mishra and Associates is hiring a Junior Lawyer / Legal Intern to join their office at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, petitions, written statements, complaints, bail applications, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and summarize case laws.
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings.
• Prepare case briefs and maintain files.
• Support in filing work at Tis Hazari and other courts.
• Coordinate with clients, typists, and clerical staff.

Eligibility

• Basic understanding of legal drafting and court procedures.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with MS Word and legal formatting.
• Punctual and committed to long-term growth.
• This role is ideal for fresh law graduates, recently enrolled advocates, or final-year law students.
