Details of the Job/Internship
BeIN Legal LLP is hiring a full-time Junior Associate to join their team at Hyderabad House in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the comprehensive drafting and review of diverse legal documents and commercial contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analytical support for ongoing litigation and compliance matters.
- Maintain organized case files and prepare detailed reports for senior associates and partners.
- Coordinate effectively with internal legal teams and external clients to ensure seamless case progression.
- Ensure strict adherence to evolving regulatory standards and legal frameworks.
- Support the firm in handling commercial disputes and mediation processes.
- Assist in the management of intellectual property filings and corporate governance documentation.
- Monitor court schedules and manage deadlines for multiple simultaneous cases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Proficient skills in Contract Drafting and legal document review.
- Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of Compliance, Corporate Legal Services, and Commercial Litigation.
- Advantageous: Prior experience or a substantive internship in a similar corporate legal role.
- Plus: Familiarity with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and corporate law frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
