Details of the Job/Internship

BeIN Legal LLP is hiring a Junior Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Role and Responsibilities

• Appearing before the High Court, District Court, and other legal forums.
• Managing the filing of cases, presenting oral arguments, and handling adjournments.
• Executing legal procedures in accordance with civil and criminal law requirements.
• Providing independent handling of court-related matters and litigation processes.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 2 years of practice before the High Court and District Court.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in District Court procedures for both civil and criminal law.
• Requirement to possess a personal laptop and a means of conveyance.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Salary/Stipend
