Details of the Job/Internship

Bishwal & Co. LLP is hiring a Junior Associate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Kolkata office. The role offers hands-on exposure to matters relating to IBC, Company Law, and Corporate Litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling cases related to Company Law, IBC, and Corporate Litigation.
• Work on matters before the High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
• Conduct legal research and support in drafting legal documents.
• Coordinate with clients and senior associates on case preparation.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Interest and knowledge in Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, and Corporate Litigation.
• Attention to detail, dedication, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
