Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Akshay Mohiley is looking for a Junior Associate to join their team, with a focus on matters related to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will assist in handling client matters before RERA, Noida, and other related forums.
• This includes legal research, drafting, and attending hearings. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain deep exposure to real estate law and regulatory practice.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates with internship experience in litigation or real estate law are welcome).
• Good drafting and research skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar Council registration preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
