Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Gautam Singh is hiring a Junior Associate to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation matters specifically before the National Green Tribunal (NGT).
• Conduct detailed legal research on environmental regulations and NGT precedents.
• Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and rejoinders for tribunal matters.
• Coordinate case files and maintain updates on ongoing environmental litigation.
• Attend hearings at the NGT, NCLT, and NCLAT to assist senior advocates.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Specific interest and aptitude for environmental law and NGT practice.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Willingness to undergo an initial assessment period to evaluate skill sets.
