Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Shivali And Priyank Upadhyay is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in litigation management, legal research, and drafting of pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing litigation processes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.
• Appear before courts and assist in proceedings.
• Handle client consultations and provide support in case strategy.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree with registration with a Bar Council.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal pleadings, contracts, and advisory documents.
• Familiarity with litigation processes, court proceedings, and dispute resolution.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High ethical integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Experience in NRI-related legal issues and matrimonial disputes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in legal tools and software is a plus.
